My office is located across the river from downtown Portsmouth at Portside Office Suite, 19 Bridge Street - Unit 9, Kittery, Maine, which is at the traffic light before Route 1 Bypass bridge on the Maine side. There's generally limited free parking in the condo lot on the lower, water-side of the building in front of Unit 9. Please do NOT ever park in the spaces by the private, residential units in the front of the building.

There's also free parking on the other side of Bridge Street outside the condo lot.

If no spaces are available in either of those places, go back out to Bridge St. light, make a right onto Route 1 Bypass North and take an immediate left at the "Reverse Direction" sign. Follow the road about .01 mile down to the river until you see a small lot in front of you, then it's less than a 2 minute walk back up to my office.

Once inside Unit 9, there's a waiting room on your left.

From Massachusetts and most New Hampshire Locations:

At the Portsmouth traffic circle, take Route 1 Bypass North. Continue north over the bridge to Maine. On the Maine side of the bridge, take an immediate right at the first traffic light onto Bridge Street to 19 Bridge St, a condo complex on your right. Take a right into the entryway at the far end. Follow the driveway past the front residential area around to the small lot on the lower, waterside of the building by Unit 9.
